Hello,
Meet Christina
Hi, I’m Christina — the founder of The Miami SLP.
I’m a licensed and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a heart for helping young children thrive through connection, play, and everyday routines. I created The Miami SLP to offer families more than just therapy — I wanted to build a space where parents feel supported, empowered, and included every step of the way.

I provide play-based, child-led, and family-centered services for children as young as 12 months. I believe it’s never too early to give children the extra support they need — especially when it comes to communication. By involving families in the process and focusing on what matters most to each child, therapy becomes not just effective, but meaningful.

I began my journey in early childhood education before earning my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida International University. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings — from private practices to hospitals — but I’ve always been most drawn to working closely with families. Whether it’s during a home visit, a play-based session, or a language-rich community outing, I believe real progress happens when therapy feels natural and joyful.
